Frequently Asked Questions
Does Sc4nR need an internet connection?
No. Sc4nR works completely offline. The App contains no networking code, collects no data, and shows no ads. Your scans never leave your device unless you share or export them yourself.
Where is my scan history stored?
All scans are stored locally on your device only. Deleting the App permanently deletes the history. There is no cloud copy — if you want a backup, use Export in the History tab (CSV, JSON, or text).
Which codes can Sc4nR read?
QR codes and the common barcode formats: EAN, UPC, Code 128, Code 39, Aztec, PDF417, Data Matrix, ITF, and more. Live Text recognizes printed text in Japanese and Latin script.
Why does NFC scanning not work on my device?
Reading NFC tags requires an iPhone 7 or later. iPads do not support NFC. Writing to a tag additionally requires the tag itself to be NDEF-writable and not locked.
The camera image is dark or blurry — what can I do?
Use the flashlight button in the scanner for codes in the dark. In the camera settings (gear icon in the scanner) you can switch lenses, zoom, and focus manually.
How do I delete a scan or the whole history?
Swipe a single entry to the left to delete it, or tap Select in the History tab to delete several at once.

Sc4nRの利用にインターネット接続は必要ですか？
いいえ。Sc4nRは完全にオフラインで動作します。アプリには通信コードが一切含まれておらず、データ収集も広告もありません。ご自身で共有・エクスポートしない限り、スキャンデータが端末の外に出ることはありません。
スキャン履歴はどこに保存されますか？
すべてのスキャンは端末内にのみ保存されます。アプリを削除すると履歴も完全に削除されます。クラウドへのコピーはありません。バックアップが必要な場合は、履歴タブのエクスポート機能（CSV・JSON・テキスト）をご利用ください。
どのコードを読み取れますか？
QRコードと主要なバーコード形式（EAN、UPC、Code 128、Code 39、Aztec、PDF417、Data Matrix、ITFなど）に対応しています。ライブテキストは日本語と欧文の印刷テキストを認識します。
NFCスキャンが動作しません。なぜですか？
NFCタグの読み取りにはiPhone 7以降が必要です。iPadはNFCに対応していません。タグへの書き込みには、タグ自体がNDEF書き込み可能でロックされていないことも必要です。
カメラ映像が暗い・ぼやける場合は？
暗い場所ではスキャナーのライトボタンをご利用ください。カメラ設定（スキャナー内の歯車アイコン）では、レンズの切り替え、ズーム、マニュアルフォーカスが可能です。
スキャンや履歴全体を削除するには？
個別のエントリは左にスワイプして削除できます。複数まとめて削除するには、履歴タブの「選択」をご利用ください。
